Sort by album doesn't work in list view

First, thanks in advance for your help.

I recently updated itunes and suddenly the sort by album doesn't work in list view. Instead it sorts by artist. When I switch to grid view, it sorts by albums. Back to list, and it goes back to artists instead of albums. To be clear: Albums is still checked, but the order is by artist.

I'm using windows 10. Can anyone help?
