Q: Motion 5, 'Face Camera' option for replicator.
Motion 5, 'Face Camera' option for replicator, face which camera? Active?
I am new to Motion. I have created a project that includes a replicator of cells containing solid circles to simulate a light bulb array. As described in the manual, the cells face the camera to provide the illusion of 3D. However, if I change active cameras, the cells (solid circles -- non-text) don't face the currently active camera (they face the camera in effect at the time they were created). I have tried deselecting the originally active camera (viewpoint) and activating a different viewpoint camera..but the original cells do not face the currently active camera (either on the canvas or rendering). The '3D' and 'Face Camera' boxes are checked in the replicator. I have consulted the user's manual, but have not found the answer. I will appreciate any enlightenment that I receive.
