Q: The apple id for iTunes is entered incorrectly and I can't find a way to delete it and enter correctly.

If this is on computer's iTunes : Account > Sign Out menu option

If on a computer's iTunes tap on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then tap 'sign out' on the popup
