Q: can't hear after 9.3.4 update

After I updated to 9.3.4 I can no longer hear the other party when I make phone calls. This is very annoying! Is there any way to fix this ASAP? I use my phone to call a lot. I tried all the recommendations but nothing works.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.4
