Q: iMessage Auto Correct

It seems like the auto correct it's not working in the iMessage app. I have "Correct Spelling Automatically" enabled. Can someone help me?

    First try to hard reset (Hold Sleep/wake and Home)

    Alternatively you can turn it off all together.

    Settings>General>Keyboard>check spelling(off)

    Hi,

     

    AS you posted in a  Mac area (El Capitan) I presume you meant on the Mac the Auto Correct does not work in the Messages app (iMessages is just one account the App has)

     

    I would still try to reset it.

    Messages > Edit Menu > Spelling and Grammar.  (Turn it Off then On again)
