After updating to 9.3.4, a number of Safari links do not work and pages do not completely load. Had no problems before loading new update. Can I revert to 9.3.3?

Yes, there is a way to revert to 9.3.3 but I strongly recommend against it. Try to hard reset your device. (Hold sleep/wake and Home) Hope this helps, best of luck to you.
Already tried that...no effect
Try resetting your network, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then reconfigure your WiFi connection. Also Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
Some improvement; many of the links on the Apple support page weren't working and now do. At least one page (a weather site) still doesn't load completely and the java weather map loop on that page won't load/play. Hopefully that's isolated, in which case I can live with it. Thanks.
