Q: My itunes can not detect my device,please help

Yes,i did tried many ways.even reinstall the computer system and uninstall all app related softwares and reinstall iTunes again.But still not work.i manually update the driver,but the results says its the best so far..the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver icon showing lights off now(grey color) compare to other driver (black)..can someone help please,,my system is 64bit Win10.Toshiba

 

PS,i tried all the traditional ways online,those just don't work with me..

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.4, windows 10

    mine is newest version of iTunes.my device are turn on,,just don't work,I might post pictures later.

    I too have this problem.  I have followed the instructions per the above link already - to no avail.  When attaching ipod via its usb cord I get the following message from itunes...

     

    "An iPod has been detected, but it could not be identified properly.  Please disconnect and reconnect the iPod, then try again.  If the problem persists , uninstall iTunes then install iTunes again"

     

    I have done this twice now, restarted my laptop as instructed and followed the above link which took me to the same page as the "More info" button attached to the above message from iTunes.

     

    Desperately needing help on this please,

    hi do you have the original cable or apple's certified cable? Normally if you are properly reinstall the system the problem  would disappear. What version of system do you use?
