iPhone 6S - Back Scratches

Hi, my iPhone 6S is having unusual patches on the back of the phone. I used a back cover since the day i purchased it. (please refer the image). Anyone know / experience something similar? I contacted the local agent for agent for apple but they said they aren't sure about the issue.
