Q: none of my devices won't connect to my itunes with USB. I updated both of my iphone's and computer

My Iphone 6 won't connect to my itune's, it has the latest update. ios9.3.4

I have uninstalled and reinstalled my itune's on my windows 8

it does show on the windows 8 internal storage photos and vids

I have tried the service.msc, stopping apple mobile devices service and restarting and resetting

someone help me please...
