Q: Consolidated statement iTunes family purchases

I have an iTunes Family account arrangement in-place, but my visibility into the purchases made from a billing statement perspective is terrible. I should be able to receive a monthly statement with the individual purchases, including any subscription services and the recurring billing amount, in my inbox.

It looks like the only way a Family coordinator/manager can see the purchases by family members is logging into their individual iTunes account, and even then, the presentation of purchases is rather ridiculous and subscriptions are captured separately.

Is my assessment correct, and if not, how can I centrally view these purchases? If it is correct, why should my AT&T billing be 1000% better than Apple's billing system? Seriously!

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.4, null

You will have to log into each member's account to see their purchase history (if a member has  balance on their account their purchases should use that, your card shouldn't be chaarged) - my subscriptions are listed in my purchase history, it's only if I want to cancel/change them that I have to go to a slightly different section.

So, in order to review purchases, I would need the same privilege that could be used to view their iCloud pictures....

I need billing level oversight, particularly for adult family members. So I don't have a big mystery bill without any visibility as to what it includes, or ongoing subscription obligations.

Am I the only person that sees this as a serious deficiency?

It's not currently possible. You could leave feedback to Apple about it, and/or enable 'ask to buy' on the members accounts (if they are under-18) so that you have to approve all of his/her purchases (or if they are too old for 'ask to buy', and if you don't feel that you can trust them not to over-spend, remove them from the family share).
