Aug 22, 2016 9:14 AM in response to SSlingerlandby Phil0124,1. This is a user to user forum. You are not talking to Apple, only other users like yourself. We can neither cancel your subscription nor reimburse you for anything.
2. If you subscribed to "Shudder" with your Apple ID, only you can cancel it from the Manage Subscriptions screen on your Mac, Pc, or iOS device.

3. If you did cancel it, but are still getting charged you can raise an issue with the charge at: http://reportaproblem.apple.com. You can request a refund there as well, but Apple is under no obligation to give one if you did not cancel the service yourself.
4. If you subscribed to Shudder through their website or other means then you need to contact them to cancel the subscription.
You need to take charge of your account, and not expect someone else to cancel your subscriptions for you.
