Aug 23, 2016 7:05 AM in response to DannyJuniorby AppleJen77,Hello there, DannyJunior!
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue restoring your iPhone. I know how important it is to be sure the iPhone restores properly through iTunes. It looks like your forum post is coming from a great article with steps to try to resolve this issue. If you have tried all the steps in the article, including a different computer and being sure your iTunes is up to date on the computers you've tried, it might be best at this point to have the iPhone checked out at a local Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can find a location close to you by going to this link: Find Locations. This link will find the closest location to you along with giving you contact information for the location and the options to schedule reservations for the iPhone to be checked out.
Cheers!
