MacBook Pro Possible Hardware Malfunction

My Mac is a month old and I have encountered the following problems:

1) Dock - Start my Mac from shut down then login, move the mouse to the bottom of the screen to make the dock pop up. Problem doesn't occur if Mac starts from restart or sleep.

Solution - none

2) YouTube - when I click full screen it normally zooms in with a little cut in the video, no problem but mine laggggggggs during the transition

Solution - Remove website data, however this solution is temporary, after a few days the problem comes back. 195 website data deleted, is this normal? for a computer to lag during the transition into fullscreen when there 195 website data.

so that's all the problems I have encountered, here are some things I tried to find out if my hardware is malfunctioning.

1) Disk Utility - problems are still there, no hardware errors

2) Command D - (enters hardware check mode) tested, and no problems.

Sooooooooo..... Any suggestions? Or you have the same problem? Or you know what's wrong? Please tell me. Thanks

Since your Mac is nearly new, have to considered contacting Apple? Start with this link: Contact Support

Telephone or chat support is available for 90 days after purchasing your Mac, and is complimentary even if you are not experiencing trouble.

The symptoms you describe are almost certainly not due to a hardware problem, but if you want to troubleshoot this on your own, determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Try safe mode if your Mac doesn't finish starting up - Apple Support.

After observing its operation in "Safe Mode", restart your Mac normally.
