Q: When i try to play a video on my phone, it gets stuck in a loading screen and does not play.

basically i have some videos on my phone which i cant seem to play. there is the circular loading thing and it stays on the thumbnail of the video. Not only that, pictures too turn out blur. it would be nice if i could get some help with this issue. Thanks in advance

    Hi,

    I asume you do have a computer ?

    In that case I would make a test first, import  a video to a computer, then view it from your computer. Could you watch / play the video ?.

     

     

    If you can watch the video, gives the video a different name so the original name remains on the iPhone.

    Then sync back that video to the iPhone.

    If you can play the video, remove only the original.
