Aug 22, 2016 12:56 PM in response to ssw2by notcloudy,If you are the only one who uses the printer - empty the print queue on the laptop - then power off the printer to clear printer memory. If this is a network printer with multiple users - you all have to have the same level of driver. -

Also tried re-setting print system on laptop - that did nothing.

Have you tried restarting the laptop - or shutting down and powering up to clear the ram?
