iPod

Q: iPod Touch cannot get away from page with picture of USB connector going into iTunes.  Cannot restore or reinstall iOS.

iPod Touch (old) no idea what iOS.  Cannot restore or reinstall iOS because iPod is stuck on with the picture of the USB connector with the arrow to iTunes.  Pressing on-off button and button on face will get the white Apple icon for a few moments but then back to the previous picture.  Cannot turn off, restart or restore.

Try again to restore the iPod but make sure iTunes on the computer is up to date first > Get the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support
