no service, carrier selection not available post replacement of Iphone

Hello I have started receiving this problem after getting a replacement phone from Apple. My original phone had a broken screen, they tried to replace the screen but something went wrong so they gave me a new phone. Set it up correctly and the network worked fine for 1 day and suddenly it says searching and the carrier selection option is no longer their in settings. Went to Apple store and they gave me a new handset. again it works for 4-5 hours and then stops working. My swisscom sim works fine in any other phone. Restored to factory, connected on apple site and deleted my old devices still this issue is their. Please can someone help.

We are not Apple. This is a user forum. Take it back to the Apple Store and ask to speak to the manager at the genius bar. Explain what's happened.

Where did you get the original phone? Have you tried a replacement SIM from your carrier?

Well this is exactly what I did ' took it to the apple store' and got a new replacement. But like the last one it works 4 hours and then again same issue. I do not get a carrier option in the Settings and the phone is either on ' No Service' or ' Searching ' mode. Now since this issue has occured only on replaced sets it seems some issue with Apple account that may not be activating it correctly. I have checked with the carrier , the SIM works on my backup S3 without issues.
