Q: iTunes won't recognise iPad Air 2
I bought 2 brand new iPad Air 2 64 GB the other day because I was able to get them dirt cheap. I opened one up and tried connecting it to iTunes because I planned to use that one. Neither iTunes nor Windows will recognize the iPad at all. I don't even get a popup. I checked iTunes and I do have the latest version (12.4.3) and I tried deleting it and reinstalling it. I changed multiple charging cables, all Apple brands, and also changed computers (only Windows PCs). The dang thing still doesn't show up. I even tried suggestions on If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support although I can't find any to no avail.
Just to be absolutely sure, I also tried connecting my old iPad 4 and iPhone 4s which I know for sure used to be able to connect to iTunes. They also failed to show up. I suspect it may be the new version of iTunes I just updated to but I can't be sure. I'm running out of ideas and have no idea what to do anymore. If anyone has any bright ideas, please share them! At this point, I'm willing to try anything. Thank you!!
iPad Air, iOS 9.3.4

UPDATE: Ok so I downgraded to iTunes 12.4.2 and so no luck. Then decided to downgrade to 12.1.3 and success!! It finally shows up. This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen but whatever, I finally got it working. Found solution to my own problem. Thanks all.
