Q: HELP! Attempted to Install 8/20/16 update Now its Frozen on the iTunes app & image of charger cord
How do I resolve this issue? If I leave the charger cord in it stays on with the constant iTunes icon in the center and the charger cord image and arrow pointing to the app. I've tried to restart but comes up the same. If I remove the cord it shuts off. I have also tried holding in both buttons at the same time with the same result. iPad model number A1395
