Q: My macbook pro keeps turning off when I try to turn it on
Hi Guys,
I have a 2015 13" macbook pro retina display. Its 14 months old so the warranty has expired. I just came home from a 5 week trip in south america, and when I tried to turn on the macbook, it gets to the opening screen with the different accounts, and when I click on my account and write the password and press enter, the macbook just turns off. I've tried this several times and on some occasions it doesn't even get to the main screen, it just turns off before I can click anything. Im certain this has something to do with it not being used for the past month or so, is there anything I can do to make it work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

- If you do not have a backup use disk utility to restore the internal disk to an external disk so you can try to recover data.
Then format the startup disk and do a fresh install of OSX
