Network Freaking Out

I went over to a friends house today and was successfully connected to her wifi. When I got home, it was still connected to her wifi even though I wasn't even near her house's network. I went to settings and selected reset network settings. Now it's stuck on the reset networks loading page. It has an apple and a bar below it (kind of what the update IOS thing looks like.) The white amount across the bar hasn't increased in fifteen plus minutes. My lock button is also jammed so I can't turn my i touch off. What should I do?
