Downloading jpeg images from internet on iMac to print on 4 x 6 inch photo paper -- ios Mountain Lion -- is it possible to move images to iPhoto to print?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5), backup external SATA HD

Yes, but you can also print from Preview app. Just double-click on the image.
