Reset Apple sim in iPad Pro 9.7 back to no cellular provider

I want to reset my iPad Pro 9.7 Apple sim back to factory meaning T-mobile number that's on it is gone. I accidentally activated it under my cellular phones number and had to get T-Mobile to undo my mistake. The only problem is it is stuck on my cell phone number and I can't get It back to factory. Please help.
