You can't use tracks from Apple Music catalogue because of DRM.

Aug 23, 2016 5:35 PM in response to Jimzgoldfinchby skrapits,Thanks Jim. I did notice that Apple now offers Apple Match to work in conjunction with Apple Music and clearly states that the music can be put into your playlist and it is DRM free. There is also a sub fee of $24.95

Aug 24, 2016 12:14 AM in response to skrapitsby Jimzgoldfinch,Hi,
Itunes Match and Apple Music are two different subscription services. Both services scans your iTunes library to determined what can be matched or needed to be uploaded. The scanning algorithm used were different until recently. Both services now offer audio fingerprinting To scan your iTunes library. This means that DRM will not be applied to music from your own library.
What has NOT changed is that DRM is still applied to music downloaded from the Apple Music catalogue.

So with that being said that will still not work with Serato Dj software.
I would assume you would not get the audio playback
When running through the software.
The only way to use the music for that application is by purchasing the song like I have done in the past.
