Q: Shutter sound not working on 6s+ 64 GB

Hi,

 

I have just got my Iphone 6s+ replaced with a new one. However, there is no shutter sound in the camera.

I have tried restarting the phone, phone is not on silent mode. Have left the phone for half an hour but the problem is still there. The Iphone that I was using earlier did had the shutter sound.

    Hello Kashyap91, 

    Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. I understand the camera doesn't make the shutter sound on your iPhone 6s Plus. I can surely see how this would impact normal usage of the camera. I want to make sure your new phone is working as expected.

    You've done a great job trying to fix this on your own. At this point I recommend resetting all settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. This takes all settings back to default including Wi-Fi networks and passwords, alerts, notifications, brightness, wallpaper, and sounds. Even though no content is lost with this step, it's always a good idea to back up prior to troubleshooting. Use the link below to assist with backing up:
