I'm a really big Clash of Clans player. I usually buy gems to boost my barracks ect, but today while trying to purchase some gems, i ran into a problem. After putting in my itunes password, it would give me a "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed." Please help me!!

First try and hard reset your device (Hold sleep/wake and home button for 30 seconds)
Alternatively try and remove and then restore your Debit card.
