Q: "About This Mac" -> "Storage" shows I have 157GB of Apps
"About This Mac" -> "Storage" shows I have 157GB of Apps, which used up most of my storage space.
The problem is I don't think I have that many apps on my Mac.. Any idea why it's like this?
BTW, the /Applications folder size is below

It gets those numbers from Spotlight index. That may indicate your index is corrupted. You could try rebuilding it:
