Hello. I have a problem with the entrance on my phone. I can not find a number of service support in Ukraine.

In June 1016 I Kramar (Ukraine city of Lviv) bought the phone iPhone 5s, Gold, 16GB serial: F17*********P6K -

At the time of purchase the phone was active profile *********** @ ********* This Seller profile.

After the purchase, I would like to update the phone's firmware to 9.3.

After the upgrade, the phone is locked. Please help me.

The iPhone is protected by an Activation Lock > Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

You will have to contact the seller.

Phone me and I bought the owner to use it but I can not.

I am a victim and I need help.

How do I prove that the phone belongs to me ? Can your support contact the owner first and set the phone was sold legally ?

I use Apple products company since 2009 , and I was very frustrating as a user of this situation .

If you cannot contact the seller then there's nothing you can do.

No. It's not Apple's responsibility.

Being an Apple user since 2009 has nothing to do with this issue.

I'm sorry this happened to you. You come across as sincere.

If you can, better to buy new, not used.

I bought this phone is legal.

I have a box and the phone. There is contact the previous owner and his ID .

The phone is not visible when checking a stolen or lost.

Why can not I get help? This is not right and violates my rights as a user .

For 7 years I was use the Apple products , and now this situation .

I wanted to update the firmware and the phone is lock, it was the problem. It is the task of company to understand their users , right ?

Apple cannot help you with a used device especially one where the Activation Lock is enabled. Period. You have no rights.

Yes. But if you sold the phone and not out of the profile. Once again I emphasize , I just wanted to update the firmware. Phone worked and everything was fine before the upgrade . How can I protect my rights and enjoy the phone that I purchased ?
