Q: PC couldn't recognize my IPOD shuffle 4th Gen with voice over.
As mentioned, its not being detected by my PC. Not even a month since i bought this product and its showing an abnormal behavior. Charges fine when connected to PC. For the first time it was detected and i had synced few songs and its been a month and i couldn't change them because of device not being detected. Tried official technical support and went to near by service center, when they had connected in their MacBook it got recognized. On the same day when i tried to connect to my PC win-8,it took nearly 15min to show in the devices.And when i ejected it from itunes, the issue is back. It wont connect thereafter. Tried with different PC's and MacBook as well. But no use. Whenever its plugged to an USB it charges fine, songs being played with no issues (not through itunes ), but not recognized by any PC.
I had tried - reinstalling/ reset and connect back to back/
And planning to take it again to the service center this weekend. Any thoughts would be really appreciated.
