MacBook's battery swollen

I have an Early 2008 Macbook and it's battery is swollen.

It doesn't even fit in properly anymore.

Anyone knows what to do with it?

The mAh now is 3094 and the cycle count is 255.

I just replaced the battery about a year ago and got it from Apple Store. Is there any cheap alternative or anything? Because 120€ is too much for just a battery.

How should I restore the battery? It holds the charge still…There's no Apple store or a reseller near me where I could bring the battery.

Thank you.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
