Q: Purchased a iPad but linked to another apple ID

So I have purchased a iPad from some woman on Facebook through a page called "Items for Sale" Unboxed it turned it on asks me to connect to iTunes which I do then its asking me to active the iPad.... It's telling me the iPad is currently linked to an Apple ID???? HELP! The woman has blocked me on Facebook and I'm -£200

If you can not contact the original owner to have them remove Activation Lock, the iPad is useless to you. There is no method to bypass Activation Lock.
