Windows 10 Anniversary Edition

Subsequent to the Win 10 Anniversary Edition, I can no longer get iTunes 12.4.3.1 to see my iPhone, IOS 9.3.4. Tried the procedure to get Windows to recognize the device driver, but that process errors out with a message that says "This operation requires an interactive window station." (See below.) My account is the admin account for the computer. Any ideas would be much appreciated!!
