Q: formula IF=date

Hi, i had this formula unable to be use in numbers but in Excel can, Help!!!

 

ColumnDate casting%
1/a23/8/16=IF(Date casting >1,1,0)
1/b25/8/16=IF

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

    Still new to this and i'd missed the chance to edit the post, this is the spreadsheet i need the formula for.

    If anyone knows how to get red B2 to get % of all column is good. TQ

    Today out of the blue i'd found the solution for my formula needed, using ISBLANK to get True False,

    Then i use COUNTIF to count the FALSE and divide the quantities of column.

    Now i got the percent of columns casted for reporting just by entering casting date.

    Seems like Numbers also can be like excel with a little effort.
