Video file lacks audio

I imported a video onto my computer. I used mp4 format. When I added this to an iTunes playlist, there is video, but no audio. My other files in the playlist have both audio and video. I am running Windows 10. The file has both audio and video when I play it from the video file on my computer. I would appreciate a solution. Thank you.
