Q: 2FA sign in to Apple Music on Android

Has anyone managed to sign in to Apple Music using the android version from Google Play with 2FA turned on?

 

I keep getting redirected to login page without option to key in the passcode. I've also tried generating an app-specific password from AppleID settings page but that does not work as well.

 

Hope someone has solved this problem.

 

Much help appreciated.

    Yes. It's not intuitive in the current version of Android app. Once you've generated a code on another trusted device, you just append that code to your password on Android and you'll successfully sign in. So if you password was 101Dalmations and your generated code was 203040, you'd just 101Dalmations203040 into the password field on Android.
