Hi, why apple don't upgrade app mail for iOS device with new feature as attach file, photo from cloud service, synchronization with cloud service etc?

It is already possible to attach a file to an email, to use iCloud Mail that is synced across multiple devices (and can be used via a web browser) and to email photos from your iPad (including when iCloud Photo Library is enabled).

Hi. There's an on-line iOS manual at https://help.apple.com/ipad/9/ and it's also available as an iBook. It describes a lot of features that aren't obvious at a glance.
Thanks to all, i always try to be informed about all feature and product apple, but i don't why i didn't know these feature and option.
