Q: No audio during a call
When I call someone or if someone calls me, I am unable to hear them and they are unable to hear me. This started a few weeks ago and only happened every other call but has now become permanent. This was an issue before I updated my phone yet the problem still persisted after the update (I run the latest version of iOS-9.3.4). Any help would be very much appreciated.
