Aug 23, 2016 12:27 PM in response to Bullwinkby javaliga,One of the first lines of defense to these kinds of problems is to:
- restart,
- reset,
- restore from backup, and
- restore as new.
In that order. Before step 3, see if the "Delete Account" option then appears. If not, try going into "Airplane Mode" and then see if you can delete the account. Then go on to step 3. If you need help in those steps:
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
BTW, I don't know how an email account can be remotely created on your phone. If that really is the case, that would indeed concern me. You may want to consider changing your Apple ID password: -

The email account may have been installed by a profile that is associated with an installed app.
To remove the profile - and the email account - go to: Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management or Settings > General > Profiles and remove the profile.
You may also wish to delete the associated app (touch and hold the icon until it jiggles, then tap on the "X" that appears > press the Home button when done).
