NFL App not available. Try again later - why?

hi, trying to fix an issue with my Apple TV 3. Getting this error for about 3 weeks now out of nothing. Worked a treat before and simply stopped. The app works fine on my APTV 4, iPadPro etc just not on my old Apple TV 3. Tried everything including full restore of the software. I don't use a VPN, it's not jailbreaked, nothing. I have no idea what the problem is. Every other app works absolutely fine, connected to my library... All good. Can anyone help?
