I am unable to get sounds or Haptics to work with the Capital One app. The notification is there, but no alert is given.
I have the alerts mirroring my iPhone
I tried both Banners and Alerts, but no physical notification of the alert is given.
Any Ideas?

There may be an issue with the app (another Apple Watch app was recently not providing sounds or haptic alerts, until the issue was advised to and rectified by the app developer).
I suggest that you contact Capital One to advise them of your issue and seek assistance:

The link didn't help, I get other alerts and haptics, even from other credit card apps like Discover. It could be an issue with Capital One App, but I don't know who to ask.
