Two iPad not charging up no battery sign wen hold home and top button Anyone can help

HI Iv bought two iPad today from third party got told there was not charging Iv tried 5 charger the chargers are working Iv charged up a couple a time but nothing happen no battery sign shown on screen Iv hold home button and top button took to a phone shop today and told me that they do not need new battery and told me to keep charging them both up anybody can help there Ipad 2 and iPad 3 can anyone help me pleas thank you in advance

Leave them plugged in to charge overnight. If they still fail to hold a charge, they may have bad batteries. I would return them if they don't charge.

HI I left them on charge for 14hours but 1came on and I'm using that 1 but the other is completely dead and has got iCloud on it thank you for the tip

I Have charge them up for 14hours woke up this morning 1 of them was charged up the other was still dead Iv even burp the Ipad but still not working tonight going try the same charger what I charged the working 1 up and see if that works

If the iPad will not recharge, the battery can be replaced, if you so desire.
