Q: iPad USB disconnecting and reconnecting over and over

For some reason lately my iPad Air 2 has been disconnecting and reconnecting over and over from the usb when you plug it in.

I have tried different USB ports both USB 2 and 3 as well as different official lightning cables.

Any ideas?
