Q: IPhone shows 68 videos but iTunes shows 13

Hi All

I need some help, my brother past away and I am trying to save his videos from his phone, If I opened the Photo app and I can see 68 videos, but when I connect the phone to the PC I only see 13 on the 100APPLE folder. Can anyone give me some help on how to copy the rest of the videos..! I also tried using a MAC and I was not able to even see the folders.

The family will greatly appreciate the help.

Do you have another iOS device? You could try using AirDrop and sending them to another iOS device

The iPhone won't mount as an external drive on a Mac. You can use Photos or Image Capture to import your photos/videos.
