Q: How can I change my iCloud ID address

For some reason my iCloud id is my me.com address which i do not use as my apple ID .  How can i change this

    Your current Apple ID should provide access to iCloud and be used as your email address if you wish. You should also be able to your old me.com address as your iCloud.com address.

    Where do i find this? 

    Settings:  then

    iTunes and App Stores:  I don't see anything about iCloud.  Am i in the right place?

    On your Mac, iCloud is a preference in System Preferences. On your iDevice tap Settings and scroll down until you see iCloud. Tap iCloud and sign out of your current Apple ID. Then, sign in to the Apple ID you want to use. You will need to know the passwords for each.
