  • I had to delete icloud for windows, (don't do a repair, it didn't work). Do it from control panel/programs and features
  • Make sure OUTLOOK 2016 is CLOSED when deleting icloud
  • Then make sure you are set up for dual apple login verification on your iphone
  • reboot PC
  • download and install icloud for windows (make sure Outlook is still CLOSED DOWN)
  • reboot PC
  • Follow on screen instruction for contacts, calendar etc
  • Startup Outlook
  • Good luck

I followed everything exactly as you said and coincidently, when I rebooted the PC I got an Update message from Itunes and Icloud with new versions released today and everything is in sync now.

However, every time I close Outlook, the iCloud Complements become inaave and I have to amnnualy activate the, but it works. Thanks Much for yoiur help!!

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, Loro1.

If I’m understanding you right, you have had some issues with syncing Outlook 2016 with iCloud after updating your Windows 10 PC. I know how important it is to have the same data synced up in multiple accounts accross multiple devices, so I can see why you would reach out for help when it's not working as expected. I'm happy to provide you with that help today!

We have actually created a support article for problems with using iCloud for Windows and Outlook together. I've listed that article below. Follow those steps to get everything syncing successfully again.
