You have to be kidding! I just typed it and sent it to Apple. Why would I have to type it again?

I Was asking how to undo an accidental "Don't Trust." My I Pad Pro won't accept music files from my computer until I undo. I do not want to use I cloud because I want to load more than my IPhone capacity. My message above is to Apple, who seem to provide medieval tech on customer support.

iPad Pro, iOS 9.3.4

This is a user to user support forum, this is not Apple Support or customer support. I'm not sure where you typed and sent something to Apple, but you are not "required" to use this if you do not want to. If you wish to communicate directly with Apple support, use the contact us link at the bottom of the page. If you would like information about using the Trust; Don't Trust, then you can take a look at this support document.
