5s 4g connection no internet access

I Went on holiday a couple weeks ago and turned on eu Internet, since returning home I have encountered a problem where I cannot connect to the internet with 4g or 3G. I can use wifi however. I have reset all internet settings. I have tried everything within the mobile data tab. I've restarted my Phone, turned airplane mode on and off. And yes I turned off eu Internet.

The he only thing that I've tried that got me Internet access was by completely resetting my phone to factory settings. But that is unacceptabl. I have valuable data on my phone.

I am thoroughly frustrated by this whole inconvince, though likely of my own making.

I have spent countless hours looking for an answer to my problem, but alas it has come to no avail.

I will be greatful for any advice.
