Reinstall os x problem

So this is my problem, I took my laptop to get fixed(comeback in worse shape) and in the process of them fixing it the updated my OS X to Yosemite now and me being the "smart" guy that I am factory rested my laptop but not joining jn during so I wouldn't be able to get access to reinstall Yosemite with out an apples account with history of it on the account. So now I'm sitting on the OS X utilities with no way of getting passed this, and j know ppl will say go to the apple store but I have a damaged screen I can't see anything on it I have to plug it up to my TV just to use it(comeback in worst shape part I mentioned) so anyway I was wondering if there was anyway to fix this.
