i have stolen my iphone 6 on 22-May-2016.

My iphone serial number: C39NRQ2TG5MN

IMEI/MEID: 356982061351077

how can i find my phone?

Please advise

You probably cannot find it.

If you turned on the find my iPhone feature, then go to iCloud and see if it can be located. There is no other alternative for locating it.
