how do I get to the itune store

Open iTunes on your computer (I'm assuming that you are asking about your computer and that you have iTunes installed on it), select any part of your iTunes library, and click the Store button top middle - if it doesn't show there check to see if you have it restricted via the Parental tab in Edit > Preferences
